scrubbing bubbles

has anyone ever heard of using this to clean the gas grill-- a friend cleaned my grill and said it was fine to use-- when he finished he let the grill on for about 30 minutes to get rid of any residue...still wondering if it's okay--leery of putting food on the grates....however, cleaned grill well.

I take the grill grates off and put them in a garbage bag and spray them with oven cleaner. Close the bag and let it sit overnight. The next day take them out (with rubber gloves) and hose them off with the garden hose. They'll turn out like new.

That video was hysterical!!! Cleaning products freak me out...what's in them, there effects to the environment and to you. Be careful!!!

Don't use scrubbing bubbles! I don't think that they were intended for use on food surfaces. Definitely try the heat/brush option first.
