When I did the scrambled eggs premix, I skipped the bonus cardio and the repeat bonus cardio segments and this brought it down to 68 min. That's just about where my cardiovascular/weight training endurance is right now. If I workout too much past 70 minutes, I get too weak and shaky despite how much protein shake, GAKIC, or these life fitness pre-exercise prep and post exercise recovery vitamins I take. Boy, I still really felt the lower body tightness the next day after this. Maybe I need more protein shake or maybe I need to eat scrambled eggs before doing this one the next time to get that extra protein. It's nice that you can just push a button and be on to the next segment.
