Good Morning!

How is everyone? Its still crisp and chilly here. I don't think it will be warm anymore this year! Blah! I don't know whats going on! I bought another Christmas gift yesterday....just b/c Im in the festive spirit and all. If I keep it up I should be ready to wrap by the end of Nov!

I am going to go for another run outside. I would like to do a long what but we will see what I feel like when I get out there. DH also wanted to go out for breakfast but he isn't moving yet:confused: That's the norm in my house. I also want to decorate for Halloween today. Hopefully we will do that after lunch.DH also as a bachelor party to go to tonight so I'm not sure what I will be doing tonight, probably going to sleep early! Oh how times have changed! Going out is the furthest thing from my mind!

Wendy** I hope today starts off better then yesterday. How was your day? Was it full of wine and food!!!??

Laura** Glad to hear you like your new do! I hate getting my hair cut, it just looks to short when its done. I do like the length it is now though, its not to long. I don't even think I am going to look up these new workouts that you are talking about!;) I need to use what I have:D Let me know how that rotation goes!

Jacque** I have a recipe right off the top of my head but it isn't healthy...hope it doesn't have to be but with the holidays coming...who care about healthy!! hehe!

Speaking of which...Im not sure how many Halloween bars I ate yesterday! They are so yummy!

Hi Ladies,

Well I spoke too soon, my tummy still isn't feeling very well. It's a bit better today than yesterday. I haven't eaten anything yet though.

I didn't w/o yesterday. I didn't sleep very good and didn't have much energy. Today though, I plan on doing yesterday's and today's w/o. I think its Max Recovery and MC. I'll do the cardio first, then the recovery disk. Two more weeks...I can hang in there.

Tonight is Jerod's superbowl game! We are tailgating in the parking lot and everyone is bringing tons of food. It should be fun...I hope anyway. We have a lot of friends and family coming to this game tonight. I'm really excited for them to WIN.

Lori-I need to get busy Christmas shopping myself. We are cutting way back as far as extended family is concerned. In addition we will be paying for plane tickets for DS1 and GD's to come home for Christmas. The kids are older and want more expensive gifts.

Good morning girls! Actually, it's almost afternoon already :eek: I'm having a hard time getting going today. The weather is crappy and I'm absolutely exhausted from the week I've had. Next week isn't looking any better either. There are literally 60 files in my office that all need attention this week. Plus, I have more meetings on Friday :rolleyes:

Yesterday I slept through my alarm somehow. So I missed my workout, and I still haven't done on today. I'm hoping to get it in later, and I'll probably do MCC and CA which was what was on the scedule yesterday. It should be CC&B today, and the plan is to either do that tomorrow OR completely blow it off ;) We shall see...

Lori: I've got the crisp and chilly thing goin' on here, too. I hate it. Winter is coming hard and fast, and I know I'm not going to see warm weather again for at least another 6 months! How much of a downer is that?

Diana: I'm sorry to hear you're still not feeling well. Don't push it for a couple days and see if you get straightened it. There's not much worse than tummy troubles.

Good morning ladies !

Well I blew off my workout last night too ! I really need to get back in the swing of things but am feeling the pressure of having so many things I would like to complete. Like last night I did most of my bill paying rather than workout. Hope to make today productive, with an afternoon workout, and then come to find out we will be having an absolutely gorgeous weekend and hate to waste low 80' weather when I know we will be inundated with rain and cold soon. In fact they are saying it may be raining for Halloween - poor kids ! :confused: All that being said, we will see what I end up doing. I have cleaned the kitchen already though ! ;)

Lori - I wouldn't worry about healthy as far as the recipe goes - I received it from a non-workout buddy ! :p Just quick and easy would be great since we all seem to be strapped for time these days. Besides, we can all find ways to keep the basics in there and make adjustments depending on our own eating styles. Thanks for playing ! :) I hope your run goes well and you get a nice breakfast out - and hope you can figure out something to do tonight that is "just for you", even if it means getting extra sleep which will pay off in the end. Great job on the Xmas shopping already - I had my load lightened last year when the SIL's decided to draw names for the kids and since mine are older, they are not involved. That is about 10 less kiddie gifts to buy . . . though I always put together a little something for them all. Gave my kids hockey tickets so buy them very little and then I have DH and my grandsons. That is it ! Time to start looking around though - thanks for the inspiration ! :p

Diana - GOOD LUCK TO JEROD AND HIS TEAM ! ! ! I soooooo hope they do well and win also ! Have fun at the tailgate with friends and family. I'm in agreement that you should take it easy on the workouts until you feel better. All the sickness going around we need to use our bodies to heal before we stress them with workouts, especially the Shaun workouts - they make a healthy body feel tired ! I think that is my reasoning for not worrying too much lately since I know I am tired and that is when I get sick.

Jen - well good to hear you made it through last week but sorry next week will be "deadly" too. I was hoping for a reprieve but, alas, got piled upon too. I'll be right there with you, or at least not far behind. Sounds like Laura is in the same boat too ! "Pact" that we get a workout in today, even if it is low key and possibly not the entire workout? ;) I know it makes me feel better in the long run once I get started.

So the rest of you . . . if you didn't read my last post last night I have a recipe request email I posted here since I don't know everyone's personal emails - that is what Lori was mentioning. Let me know if you can't "play" and I'll see if I can find a few others.

Good Afternoon Ladies.

MCC is done for today though I admit to blowing off CA. Tomorrow I will do either CC&B or MR. I'm a little out of order this week due to an unscheduled rest day so I'm doin' what I can to get it all in. I lifted y'day which I decided took the place of wither CC&B or MR...whichever one I DON'T decide to do tmrw. ;) Speaking of weights...my arms are very sore from my KCM work out y'day! I wasn't sure I'd make it through Insanity today but I did. Thank goodness! :D So on Monday I will be back on track with whatever is on the schedule for week 3!

So on Monday and Thursday this week it appears that I'll be working full days at the new job. 9-5. One of the girls will be out of the office so I will go in early to help cover the phones. Ka-ching!!!! lol I will be exhausted at the end of the day since I won't be used to that but it'll give me a feel for what's to come should I decide to stay on and go f/t after the first of the year...or sooner if I choose to!

Lori: Christmas shopping already!?!? You are good! Better then me. I won't start until November...garanteed! :p

Diana: Sorry your belly is still on the fritz. Hoping you can get your work outs in today. Enjoy the game and the tailgating tonight! I hope your stomach allows for you to enjoy it!!!

Jen: Did you say SHOPPING!?!?!?! What did you buy!? Inquiring minds want to know!!!!!:D

Jacque: Sorry life is getting in the way of your work outs. I hate when that happens. I try to avoid it but sometimes it just doesn't work. Here's to hopin' you get yourself in a place where you can return to the daily sweat-fests again soon!!!!
