sad, yet again

Well, two days ago I started to spot. So, I called the nurse and made myself an appointment to go in later on that day. She called right back and told me that if I could get there in a half an hour that I can get an ultrasound done. So, I made it on time only to find out that the fetus measured 7 1/2 weeks and the sack measured 9 and there was no heartbeat. So I went in yesterday for a d & c.
I'm sorry that you all had to read this, but I thought I had better let you know. The doctor said that this is all too common and there is no need for alarm just yet. Hopefully next time will go better.
On, a brighter note, I guess I can do all of my new workouts when they come, huh?!

Kathy, I am sooooo sorry for this to happen! Keep up the faith...and let us know when it happens again for you...pleeeeeeeeeeeease?

We are still debating whether or not to have another baby...and it is not looking good. ;( I'll let you know.

I can understand that. There is a lot to consider. I will always let you all know when I get pregnant again. You have nothing to worry about there!
I also forgot to mention Shopaholic, or crazy women if you will. ;)
I say that because I'm jealous of how great you are doing with your workouts! Good luck to you, I will keep checking back to see if you've had the baby yet! Really all of you are doing great though, keep up the great work, I may need you to get me going again in a couple of weeks here!
 
Kathy, I am so sorry to hear this news. Please keep checking in and keeping us posted. We will be praying for you. Thanks so much for sharing with us early on. I know you weren't going to tell others, but I think it's helpful to have a group of people that you can share with - the good and the tough - who will continue to support you.....and there are so many wonderful people to encourage you on this forum.

I am so sad to read this news. I will be praying for you as well. Please don't worry or give up hope. This is common even among women who have lots of children. But I don't want to belittle your loss by saying that. Please take good care of yourself and keep us posted.

I'm so sad to read about your news. Please be well and keep yourself motivated and healthy. Let us know how you're doing. I'll pray for you as my family waits for news about my daughter - she's about 5 weeks pregnant and being very careful since she's already had two miscarriages.
