S&H on Fittv

I checked the boards before posting this but couldn't find an answer. I noticed the Slow and Heavy legs and shoulders seems choppy on fittv. Are any of these tapes in the series complete on fittv? Thanks. Melissa

I have yet to see any that are complete on fittv from that series. I assume that is due to lack of time. Might as well bt the dvd's unless you like shorter workouts :)

Yes you may be correct on that one. But with the dvd there are so many cool pre-mixes it is very much worth it to own it. Same with super sets.

I did the chest portion off of Fit TV this morning. I have tivo'd all of them. I haven't looked at the rest of them, but of S&H C&B the chest portion seems to be missing inclined chest press and inclined bench press. Oh yeah, and push ups! So, I did what was Tivo'd up to back and finished the work out on my own.

I'm probably going to do the back portion tomorrow. I watched while I finished chest and I think it's all there. I'm going to print this out, so that I can compare.

Hi there,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. From the description for the S&H DVD it appears that the whole back portion is on FitTV. Woohoo! Actually since there's so much down time in the work out the commercials didn't bother me. Besides on Tivo the FF is quick. I'm going to give the other two a try real soon. It's so nice to try the work outs before you buy them.

I did Biceps and Triceps yesterday and the only thing missing was hammer curls and reverse wrist curls. That's not bad at all. I did "complete core" on Core Max, so I think that the abs were there too.

I'm going to give legs and shoulders a try. I hope that I won't be too disappointed. I really like the S&H series. I'm glad I gave it another try. Another one to add to my wish list!

It sounds like you could get a good workout with the fittv version if you needed to save money. M
 
Did you do the L&S? I did just the shoulders yesterday and the lateral raises were missing and seated overhead press. I just stopped Tivo at that point and did them on my own. I know the leg portion is missing the most, so I probably will do L&G from the Body Blast series or GS- Legs either tonight or tomorrow morning. I slept a little longer this morning, so I only got cardio done.

I think you definitely could get a good work out with Fit TV especially with S&H since there's so much down time. I'm feeling some DOMS today in my shoulders! I probably shouldn't have done KM!
