RWH Upper Body Workouts

Hi all.

I'm going to be doing thevRWH Upper body Chest, Triceps and Shoulders today. Since this workout and the other upper both contain shoulders, how many days between should I wait to do the second upper body workout?
 
They work the shoulders completely different. This one does overhead press, upright row, front and side raises. The other dvd is rear delts. I usually put 2-3 days in between for me only because my tris and chest are also pretty fatigued and I like a longer rest before doing more heavy weights. I would say just go my how you feel.
