RWH: Thoughts on Lift It Hit It Legs?

I'm currently eyeing the daily deals and am thinking of grabbing the two "Lift It Hit It" upper body splits to complement my Gym Styles. The leg video looks good, too, but I'm wondering if I really need it, seeing as I already have HiiT Lower Body Circuit and Cardio Leg Blast, along with several other lower body w/o's. Is the LIHI w/o different enough from these two w/o's, in your opinion?
 
In my opinion LIHI Legs is different. I have done all cathe's leg contrast training and there are all different.
This, in my opinion, makes some of us keep on adding cathe's program.

LIHI Leg is different compared to LBB and CLB for:

  • Content, equipment used.
  • Rep range is not the same.
  • LIHI Leg is the most intense.
I love having variety in leg programs and I love contrast training so I am very happy I own them all. LIHI Leg is more intense.
