I'm currently eyeing the daily deals and am thinking of grabbing the two "Lift It Hit It" upper body splits to complement my Gym Styles. The leg video looks good, too, but I'm wondering if I really need it, seeing as I already have HiiT Lower Body Circuit and Cardio Leg Blast, along with several other lower body w/o's. Is the LIHI w/o different enough from these two w/o's, in your opinion?
