How many times per week do you want to run? Are you running hills or flat? Are you doing steady state or HIIT or interval runs?
This is what I'm doing:
M Jog intervals with hills on road (3 miles)
T Step Ckt
W Jog off road (I have no idea! 60 min. total) steady state
T Step Interval workout like Imax, Imax 2, Imax 3, Low Max
F Jog steady state 60 min.
S Step Ckt.
If you don't want to do running intervals and would rather do steady state you can just switch the step interval workout to a step steady state. You can (of course) do whatever you want. This is just my two cents. I don't know if you only workout 5 days a week or what your desired outcome is. I'm working on keeping depression at bay and I put on muscle really easily so I favor circuits over other kinds of strength workouts. I'm also more interested in weight loss, although lots of people say that it is more a result of diet and I believe that myself.
