Wendy-So what was it today elliptical or treadmill? Did ITrain work better than just music on the ipod?
Gayle-I have a love-hate-hate-hate-love r/p with Bmax, I had big dread factor on this one for so long, and then I did Cathe's Aug. 2005 rotation and finally fell into the groove with it. And I just got it on DVD and now can use it in pieces so much more easily (so use it to pieces I guess, lol!)
Karen-I'll be thinking about you as you cross that finish line! I for one am proud of your amazing journey up to this point and am in awe of your spirit and determination.
Sarah-Now take your own advice and think happy, soothing thoughts! You are going to have an amazing experience (the first of many I would say). Your body knows how to run this marathon, your mind knows how to run this marathon-so just turn your self off and let them get to work!}(
Barb-I plan on getting a fuel belt, but until then DH actually carries by gatorade/water for me in his hands. My running pace is easy for him so he doesn't mind. I know, I'm spoiled
Carole-Yes, um, serious DOMS today and last night, LOL. This is a great lower body killer and it's making me slow to get started today!
Kathy-I always thought tighter shorts would creep up less, but I'm going to have to try some like in your pics (which are way inspiring BTW:7 ).
Amy-Hope you knees are feeling better!
Kristi-Shoes? Shoes? I love shoes and it's not time for new ones for me yet, but can I live vicariously through you?
Christine-Enjoy your rest day! Just think how long your run is compared to someone who doesn't run at all! You are doing awesome and doing it right, building slow and steady.
Elaine-Yes, 10K as speedwork, you are one iron lady!
Today I'm aiming for a six mile run and some Bryan Kest. I made sure to get a lot of sleep last night in hopes of alleviating some of the major, major DOMS from my LL/GSL combo yesterday and it worked somewhat so we'll see how far my legs take me, lol!
Good luck racers!
