Good Morning Everyone.
The sun is finally shining and I don't have a run planned. It's ok, the weather man say sunny skies all weekend. Hurray for me. I'm sick of the rain.
Today on tap for me is Muscle Endurance and 30 min of yoga. I have done ME is sometime but I do remember the abs being killer. I started to read Hal Higdon's Marthon the Ultimate Training Guide and even though I'm not training for a whole marathon there is some really good info in there. Also the other book I'm reading Runnning 101 is helpful as well. My thing is I need to figure out how to fuel myslef for weight and performance. Ahhh the ultimate balance.
