runners check in 5/15

Thanks for the support. I appreciate it and will keep it in mind -- but I may take an ice bath tonight or tomorrow if my hips/quads don't feel a little better. Thank you for the reminder that it's doable!

I know I will need it. I really do let the head part get in the way as you could see when I was having anxiety over the 5k. This one on Sat I haven't thought twice about other than the fact I can't wait for it to come soon enough. Your going to do just great. I know it, we all know it. We wouldn't steer you wrong. We like you too much...

Good workout Barb, I did KPC abs too...:)..it was fun running with that headlamp and good practice for me! I am so glad you got to do Core Syn...tough workout!! That is sweet but no, I am not Drea's sister...:)...she is one strong lady though. Definitely listen to your body. Maybe some yoga or stretching will help? Rest days are good now too. Like Karen said, you will do great in the half as you have all of our support!!

Ice baths?....maybe when it gets hotter here...x(

Where is Elaine and Sarah.....I miss those girls.....

My upper body is a bit fried from P90X Chest & Back. Wonder how it will feel tomoroow...:)
