Good morning all! Did you check out the packing list on the RT forum?
It don't know about you all but I really don't see how I can fit everything I'll need into one carryon bag!! I see ziploc bags flying all over the place too!;-)

Michelle- Good morning! I agree with you about BM2- doesn't seem like 90 minutes long at all! Hey, I eagerly go to the blog first thing also and feel so let down if there isn't something new.... aren't we pathetic?;-)

Cheryl- That must be so hard not to be able to run anymore!! I guess you more than make up for it with all your kickboxing/karate. When are you planning on the hip surgery? I see you did AllBody Attack yesterday, that is one of my current favorites! I just love the different moves in this one.

Gin- My next marathon will be Las Vegas, this Dec. 2nd. They have bands/las vegas acts all along the route. I figure it should be fun!
I was laid up alot last year too with injuries and ended up running my first marathon before I was healed.... it was a painful experience!

For today I'll be doing a treadmill workout when I get home.... probably will go for about 4 miles. Later today I'll be doing the "Squeeze" workout.

I did PLB and BM2 abs today. I am leaving in a minute to fly to visit my parents.

Michelle--Glad you enjoyed BM2!

ShellyC--LOL about all the ziploc bags flying everywhere! I guess they tried to think of everything.:) The Las Vegas marathon sounds like a fun one. Hopefully it will be a much better experience for you!! What will be your long run when we are on the RT? or how many miles?

Yesterday was PS strong legs and abs. Forgot how sore it made me:)! Havent done it in awhile. I'm following cathe's 4day split rotation and it's awesome! Today is back and bi's from PS.

Hey ladies. My internet connection was off and on for the past 2 days.

Yesterday for me was Low Max and this morning was PLB...increased my weights on this one. I'm now up to 47lb for the 8 rep set.

I didn't even dare open the packing list yet. I'll wait till it gets closer. Good thing I'm driving, hugh? lol

Good Afternoon ladies.

I am just checking in quick because I am waiting for my friend and her baby to get here. She is spending the night tonight and then coming to my class tomorrow morning. This is my very best friend who I don't get to see too aften so I am pretty excited!

This morning I did SS, UB Blast. Um, have you ever tried the biceps twice through on that one. Ouchie!!

Tomorrow I will do personals but for now I have two things...

ONE: ShelleyC: You are my hero! With all that marathoning and all you are awesome!! I wish I could run like you. You go girl!

And TWO: to all of you, I really can't thank you enough for all your support while I prepared for my PT certification. You all made me try even harder and motivated me even more than some people in my life here. ( NOT my family, they support me through everything and everything!!)You are all such a great group of people and I am so sincerely looking forward to meeting you all. I hope that in the future I can return the favor... knowing you were all routing for me to pass made it worthwhile! So, thanks again.

Okay, off to get ready. I have a two year old coming soon, have to go remove all the breakables!

Michelle- I love BM2! I agree that the time flies while doing that one.

Shelly- I'm with you. I don't think I can fit everything into a carry-on. As much as I hate to check bags I may have to. I've had a hard time ever since they started restricting liquids (too much face and hair stuff :)
Are you guys finally starting to get some rain up in Prescott? We sure are. At least now I know my basement still leaks. My home builder was suppossed to fix it (we thought he did). I guess it's time to start getting serious with him. I hate having to be hard on people but we told him if he doesn't fix the problem we're going to file a complaint with the state. Hopefully that will get his attention. Sorry to ramble on about this. I guess it's just really bothering me right now. We're suppossed to go on vacation next week and I'm afraid to leave my house in case it rains while we're gone. It's not a good feeling.x(

Randi- Glad to hear you're enjoying your rotation. Makes it easier to follow doesn't it?

Gayle- Great job on PLB!

Vicki- I hope you enjoy your visit with your friend. I think SS UB Blast is on the rotation for tomorrow. It's been a long time since I've done SS so I don't remember the bicep portion. Probably a good thing right?
