Hi everyone,

I think you must be a sucker for punishmen Belinda!:eek:

I decided to stick with the One Body Part Rotation. I just add extra cardio when I have the time. Yesterday was Shoulders; Imax 3, Intervals 1-5 premix but I went ahead and did all of Imax 3. Today is Biceps; Imax 2, 1-5 premix. I'm thinking since I did all of Imax 3 yesterday I won't be doing Imax 2 today. I'm leaning towards something more low impact since all of my cardio this week has been pretty high impact. I think I'm going to do Kickmax Low Impact premix and add on Cardio Kicks arm and leg drills.

LOL! I meant to say punishment! Not punishmen. I'm doing Fitnessfreaks June 07 One Body Part per DaY rotation and adding extra cardio when I have the time (and energy). I still haven't gotten to my workout yet. I have family coming in a few days for my grandmother's funeral. (She passed away on Thursday). So I've been busy trying to get my guest room in order. I had to move all the furniture out and tear up the carpet because we had a leak in there about a month ago. (It's in my basement). Luckily my house is still under warranty since we've only had it a few months. The builder finally fixed it (I hope anyway, I won't know until it rains again).

Good luck in losing those last few pounds. I'm right there with you. I'm such a procrastinator. I've had all these months to lose it but wait until the last few weeks to get serious. Oh well.

I wonder where everyone is today?

Hello.

Today was GS BSB plus CTX BSB. My arms were shaking! I have never done any of the arm work from CTX as this is a relatively new DVD to me. I keep meaning to try leaner legs b/c I have read this is a tough one! Maybe tomorrow, or I will do the same workouts for chest and triceps tomorrow. Yesterday was BMax 2 Timesaver plus DM leg circuit workout. I hadn't combined those workouts b/f and I was definitely sweating by the end!!
My poor little GS dog has apparently had an allergic reaction to something. It breaks my heart to see her being miserable. We called the emergency vet phone number and he said to give her 100mg Benadryl and he would see her first thing in the morning. She is sleeping at my feet, so hopefully she is comfortable :(

Belinda and Jacque...It sounds like you both had tough workouts!!! Way to go!!

Jacque...I am so sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I hope you can enjoy the time with your family. Big hugs to you!! Good luck with your guest bedroom.

Road Trip Check-in

Good evening! I am alive and well in Central Texas! I got back on track with my eating this week and eased back into my beloved Cathe workouts. My energy has been restored, and I am not experiencing any pain in my feet during or after my workouts. My weight was holding steady as of the 4th of July, so I know I did the right thing by resting and icing my foot. I did not have enough energy to move the first part of this week. I had more rest days than workout days this week. Here is a summary of my workouts for this week:

07-04-07 p.m. water jogging

07-07-07 a.m. Step, Jump, & Pump

I am spending less time on the computer and more time in Bible study and prayer. I feel more joyful and peaceful this way and hope to check-in at least once a week. I am planning to start a 4-week rotation in the morning to get ready for the Road Trip. Weight loss is not my focus this month. I simply want to bless my body with nutrient-dense food and increase my overall stamina and endurance.

Jacque, I am sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers.
