Haha well sometimes it seems like "mission impossible" lol!! I've gotta have a sense of humor about myself sometimes.

I agree with you Jamie, we have to laugh about this.... Life is too short to be miserable:):)
The mission does feel impossible only for a short while. It is like a wild animal we approach being determined to tame Lol.
While trying to tame the animal, we feel burn and all of sudden we realise after all, it is actually working. Yay-- That moment when your
boy friend can not keep his hands off :D

I'd just like to add that walking lunges wearing a weight vest and not rushing through the reps helped my gluteus a lot! Cathe has put out great rotations with walking lunges included.

You're right Beth. Lunges do not usually get mentioned but they are very effective walking low. For me personally I feel each rep. I love even more cause I feel upper part of my quad on the back leg too.:)

Beth I think the rotation you are referring to is the infamous Rock Bottom. Working my glutes has been more efficient and successful ever since I tried that rotation.:)
