I am sorry if this question has been asked before (did a search and could not find an answer), I know that the STS guide will have suggestions for cardio days or non-weight workout days, but will you have a specific rotation for weight loss using STS? I still have alot of weight to use and plan on doing the STS for 5-6 months (depending on how I feel) and would like to continue weight training and lose a lot of weight at the same time.
