Rotation with DVD

Good Day!
I have all the DVD Cathe workouts and was wondering if anyone had a rotation schedule that was specific with the DVD workouts that are out now. My goal is both better cardio and better muscle strength (i don't need to lose weight, i just need to stop looking like someone threw sand in my face and i can't run fast enough to escape the torture).
Of course I will be getting the new DVDs but since they won't be out for another month or so, I was hoping to get some fast advice.

bump. I just got the dvd ste also. I am also waiting for the new ones. any DVD specific rotations out there?
any help would be appreciated, and I know as soon as the new dvds ship out, there will be YET ANOTHER rotation to do!
