Rotation using Jari Love & Cathe

Hello Everyone~

I was wondering if anyone has done a Jari Love/Cathe Rotation.
I have been off and on doing my workouts and starting next week I would like to get on the ball once again!! Starting a new job, so...New Job/New me!!

Could anyone give me any suggestions on a rotation using these workouts?
I have all 3 of Jari's workouts and most of Cathe's.
I am looking to tone up and see some definition. I am not looking to lose weight (currently 5'6" & 117 pds), just maintain.

Hi Jennifer,
I only have Slim & Lean. I have used various sections as add ons to some of Cathe's weight work as sort of a final burn:) Also right now I am alternating Slow & Heavy weeks with Gym Style weeks. I do the whole series Mon, Tues, & Wed, then do an ab day w/ my cardio, Friday or Saturday I do a total body like Slim Series.I add cardio in to the mix as well. Last Slow & Heavy week when I did Slim Series I alternated ea. weight section with a Low Max section. I am sure I burned some calories with that one:)

I have been doing slim & Lean and ripped to the core for about 3 weeks now. I plan to do another three weeks. I think they are tough because of the many repitions and I had never done any workouts like that before. Slim and Lean was easier for me. Ripped to the core made me very sore the first time, but not after that. I like ripped to the core, as I think it accomplishes more for me. I can't see any phenomenal results yet, but I did lose a pound or so in a few weeks and that's saying a lot for me. I still do cathe cardio such as kick max, KPC & lo max and also interval runs and walks on the treadmill.

Hi Jennifer,

I am currently doing a S&L, RTTC, KPC rotation for about 2 weeks now. I can see a difference in my legs and arms and feel a difference :)

I do M, W, F S&L or RTTC (alternating them) and then Tues, Th and Sat do KPC.

Can anyone provide any motivation tips to kick me in the rear? :D

I recently got Slim & Lean and Ripped to the Core and I've tried them each once. I think I'm going to do a Cathe cardio Mon, Wed. and Fri. and to Jari Tues. and Thurs. How has everybody else been doing with their rotations with Jari?
