OK, I am (almost) patiently waiting for my intensity DVD series to arrive.
I have mentioned in other posts that I have just completed an 8 week PS rotation. BTW I have had good results with lifting heavy, but I think it is time for a change. What should I do while I wait?
I have Body Max, PH, MIS & MIC, a treadmill, Cardio Kicks, Firm-Tough tape, Firm-Strength, Firm-Cardio and Firm-Maximum Cardio and Step Heat, Rhythmic Step & Circuit Max. Oh, and Karen Voights Yoga Sculpt, and Kari Anderson's Body tech.
Is any one creative and interested in making a rotation?
