Rotation to get rid of fat on thighs & butt???

Does anyone have a rotation suggestion (or ideas) to get rid of excess fat on thighs & butt...especially thighs??? I know if I could just get rid of some of the fat on them, that I do have some muscles there and they wouldn't look so bad. I don't have Bootcamp, KPC, or Pyramid Lower Body...I do have most others though.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some suggestions for great leg workouts are PSL&A, LL and L&G.
For cardio MIC, CTX, CK.
Maybe you could alternate between leg weight work and do cardio the next.
