Rotation Suggestions

Cathlete
Hello Everyone:

I enjoy perusing the rotations for ideas, but I need a rotation that helps build my endurance and shape and tone my upper body and lower body. I have just about all Cathe's tapes and dvds. My favorites are: the IMax's, 1, 2, and 3, Terminator dvd, Hardcore Extreme, HSTA, HSC, C&W, BC, Lowmax and Gymstyles. I basically want a rotation that will allow me to incorporate Imax's at least twice a week and build muscles at least four times per week. Any suggestions and ideas? Do I need to incorporate any steady state? If not, rotation away!!

Thanks in advance.

As you can see, I'm really trying to build my endurance.

Hey Yvonne,
Why don't you try fitness freak muscle endurance rotation. I had great results with it and really enjoyed it. I definately noticed an increase in endurance when I was finished. She has it posted on this forum.

Thanks Marcy.

How soon did you notice a change in your endurance? How soon did you start to see results?

Thanks for sharing.

Yvonne:

I did the Circuit Mix rotation in May. I didn't do a lot of cardio in June as I was doing Cathe's Butt Blaster workout. But I just did IMAX 3 today and I could definitely feel a difference. My heart rate soared and I was able to get through it with very little breaks.

Now that's the type of endurance results that I am looking for!! I will give Fitness Freak's Circuit Mix rotation a try.

Thanks Again,

Yvonne

I'd like to try doing some of these rotations, but only have a few of the workouts here and there...

I currently own:
Here is a list of the workouts I have by Cathe

Step works
Rhythmic Step
Low Impact Step and Total Body Sculpting workout
Total Body Stretch
Low Max
BC - Bootcamp
KM - Kick Max
PLB - Pyramid Lower Body
PP - Push Pull
PUB - Pyramid Upper Body
SB - Step Blast

If you can, would someone suggest what workout tapes I should add to my collection. I can't buy them all (wish I could), but want to buy at least two more before the year is out to round out what I have. With four step workouts, I feel like I need more cardio, but they keep me motivated enough that I can switch around enough. Perhaps I need more circuit training workouts (which I am not crazy about becuase BC kicks my butt). I am open to your thoughts/ideas... My goal is more definition and maybe lost 7 pounds at least...
Forever "anchored": Leisa

How about IMAX 2/Cardio & Weights? You'll get more cardio and interval training with IMAX 2 and circuit training with Cardio & Weights. Both are great workouts, have great music and are a lot of fun.
