Poor Crystal, no replies. It is just a tough question that would require a lot of time and thinking to answer. I don't have PH and have just yesterday ordered PS. It arrives Tues., so happy!!

Are you aware that someone on this forum has put together some awesome MS Word documents that list all kinds of rotations? I believe they are also posted on the web, but I am not sure where they are.

Does anyone know where Crystal can find a web listing of rotations??

At first I was going to do MIS and PS each week but based on the advice on posters here I decided to only do PS in a week. Because lower body is my biggest problem area, I also do a lower body tape. If I had LL, I'd pair that with PS but I don't have it so I've done Weights First (FitPrime) instead. So a possible rotation would be
Day 1 - PS CST + short cardio
Day 2 - PS Legs
Day 3 - PS BBA + short cardio
Day 4 - cardio
Day 5 - Leaner Legs
Day 6 - rest or cardio
Day 7 - rest or cardio

I've been told that a rotation should last about 4 to 6 weeks so I'm planning on switching my rotation after 4 weeks (too impatient to wait 6!). I've been told that PH is good to rotate with MIS because the former is endurance and the latter is for strength so maybe you could do
Day 1 - MIS
Day 2 - cardio
Day 3 - PH
Day 4 - cardio
Day 5 - CTX upper body and LL
Day 6 - rest or cardio
Day 7 - rest or cardio

Cathe designed SH to be done by itself in a week for 3 (I think it's 3) weeks only. A possible rotation would be:
Day 1 - S&H L/S
Day 2 - cardio
Day 3 - S&H C/B
Day 4 - cardio
Day 5 - S&H T/B
Day 6 - rest or cardio
Day 7 - rest or cardio

You might want to ensure that you do your least intense cardio tape on the day after you do PS legs or LL.
