Rotation options & results questions ...

That sounds great!
I'm planning on a version of the 8 week. I need to include my beloved kettlebells...light swings for cardio and/or a day of full body strength with kettlebells.

Depending on the phase, abs will either be done on a mobility day, an upper body day, or a combo bicep/tricep day. I have eliminated the shoulder day in the rotation to be able to include a kettlebell day.

My 'week' may last longer than 7 days if I need more mobility days. If this takes me into August, then that's a-ok by me!

So no dedicated cardio days? Or is kettlebell day considered cardio too?

I'm leaning toward a shorter 6-week version of the 10-week rotation. Instead of 3 weeks in each phase, I'm thinking 2 weeks - that way I don't have to wait as long to try the new workouts. I'm planning on 2 days of shorter cardio with core and recovery work. One day of active recovery/functional cardio + a recovery workout. One day rest.

How about you?
I like that idea of doing each phase in a 2-3 week time frame. It’s a great chance to try all these workouts we’ve waited so (im)patiently for. Great for focus too. I always remember what Cathe says about the Slow & Heavy series. It takes a lot of focus and concentration and is better in shorter rotations.
