Rotation needed please.....

Hi,

Can someone or anyone please put together a rotation for me. I am looking to burn some body fat and weight loss.

Here are the dvds & vhs that I have:

BC/ME
High Step Circuit
HSTA
Kickbox
L&G
KPC
PH
PLB/PUB
S&H
SJP/SB
SS
Terminator

Hi Haydee! Maybe post what you're currently doing, how many days you'd like to work out, and how much time you want to spend each workout session.:)
 
It will be a example of a week with cardio and endurance weight training. If you want a strengh training use S & H or PUB. If you use S & H work two muscles each day (for example one day shoulders and biceps) and be carefull because the slow and concentrated manner can injury you if you don't mantain good form. Hope this helps.

- L & G and the abs of SJP
- Step blast
-PUB and the cardio premix of SB or the step and hi/low premix of SJP.

-kickbox cardio only and the abs.
-The gaunlet in the terminator dvd
-ME
-Rest

Breck Girl I do some of everything:) . But I usually workout Mon - Fri. 5 am - 6:45 am as I have to get ready for work. On Sat or Sun I can workout for 2hrs+. I love step aerobics/floor aerobics/drills such as KPC & Kickbox more than anything, I like weight training but not as much anymore as I have a lot of muscle mass already. I don't want to lose the muscle, but want to shed some body fat. Does this make sense? My diet is a little on the poor side;( , so therefore I will go to the Healthy Eating thread for help with this:D .

BTW, the first rotation I received from you really felt good. I appreciate you helping me with this. I just placed another order for Rhythmic Step + Interval Max, MIC DVD. Should be receiving it tomorrow or Thursday.

Thank you very much Haydee.Excuse me but I made a mistake. In the day 3 not use PUB ( it is a strength training and not an endurance workout ) use Power Hour. Power Hour is one of my favorites endurance weight trainings. I am sure you will enjoy your new workouts.MIC, IMAX 1 and RS is great, old but fantastic workouts and the dvd format is very usefull.
