Rotation in WM ?

If you change/add a 1RM does that new figure automatically get updated into sts rotation or do you have to delete and then add "new" rotation again?

If you print out a new workout card for the day that exercise is performed the new value for the 1RM will show up on it. Your rotation lists the workouts you will be performing on what days and changes in the 1RM shouldn't affect that.

The new information will flow into your rotation and calendar, but you will first have to hit refresh to see the new changes.
