Rotation Help

Hey All -

I need help comming up with a rotation. This is what I have DVD wise: Power Hour +, Slow & Heavy, Pure Strength, CTX and the Intensity Series.

I'm interested in strength only (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps and the leg floor work out of PS). I would like to work out about an hour, 3 nights a week. Help me come up with a rotation that incorporates my all my DVD's!

Hi Kali,
Like you I prefer strength rotations as opposed to endurance rotations there a few that I came up with in my rotations thread. You can try some of those out. If you want to incorporate more of a variety of videos instead of staying with one series you could try this out.
Week 1
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body
Mon: Pyramid Lower Body + 30mins Cardio
Tue: Off
Wed: Power Hour + 30mins Cardio
Thurs: Boot Camp
Fri: PS Strong Legs & Abs + 30mins Cardio
Sat: PS Chest,Shoulders & Triceps/PS Back,Biceps & Abs

Week 2
Sun: Off
Mon: S & H Legs/Shoulders
Tue: S & H Chest/Back + S & H Biceps/Triceps
Wed: Off
Thurs: Pyramid Lower Body
Fri: Pyramid Upper Body
Sat: Body Max (first 2 sections only)

Edited to change rotation around a bit I completely forgot that you only wanted to workout 3 days only. Although, the "Off" days do coincide every 3 to 4 days perhaps that type of a rotation might work for you.
