Rotation help with what I've got

Ok what I have of Cathe is Ab Hits, PLB/PUB, and L&G/KPC all dvd's. I can't commit to more than 5 days of working out, lately it's been four days. I bought the last two to help me further tone my legs. I had been using L&B/KPC for 6 weeks. Now I am using PLB/PUB now with it. So this is what I was thinking for myself, does this sound it will help me gain leg muscle and toning them down. I am 5'1" and 115. I have a medium build and don't think I look very healthy much under 110. So it's my leg fat that I want to make into firm muscle. Oh in PLB I could do weights of 35, 30, and 25.

Week One:

monday: PLB
tuesday:rest
wednesday:KPC
thursday: PUB
friday: rest
saturday: PLB
sunday: run

week Two:
monday: rest
tuesday: L&G
wednesday: run
thrusday: PUB
friday: L&G
saturday: rest
sunday: KPC

I do about 2 to 3 days of ab work as well per week.

so the theory I was thinking was do one week of PLB and the next L&G or should I do 4 weeks just PLB and the next 4 weeks just L&G?
 
I'd mix it up so you won't get bored and your muscles will get a better challenge of doing different exercises. Looks like a great rotation for the DVD collection you have.
