Cathlete
Cathe,

I am a newbie (about 2 months) and I'm loving it. I have to save some money to actually buy some workouts but for now I have everything that Fit TV has to offer recorded on my DVR. Can anyone recommend a rotation for the following workouts:

Kick/Punch/Crunch
Legs & Glutes
Push Pull
Step Blast
Step/Jump/Pump
Super Sets
Core Max 1
Core Max 2
Core Max 3
LoMax
Stretch Max 1
Stretch Max 2
Stretch Max 3
Boot Camp
Cardio & Weights
Imax 2
Muscle Endurance
Pyramid Lower Body
Pyramid Upper Body
Chest/Back/Abs
Legs & Shoulders
Power Hour
Rhythmic Step
Triceps & Biceps

I also have all three cardio parties from TJ. I'd like to get those in for a change every now and then as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
angie

This is how I started my Cathe's collection and one by one I have replaced them all. Welcome Angie! . What are your goals...to lose weight, build endurance and strength? Some people do more cardio while other do more strength training.

Robin,

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to both of my threads! I have been working out for a few years (had 2 babies in the process) but have done the firm, turbo jam, and a round of P90X. My goals are a slight weight loss (I'm 5'3", 122 lbs) but I'm less concerned about the number on the scale and more with how I feel. I am struggling the most with loose belly baby skin and just an overall flabby stomach so I'm not sure what the best plan of attack is. I would love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks again! I can't wait to build up my Cathe library!

This is how I do my rotation. I keep it basic that way I can add the w/o that I want.

Sun- total body toning (like ME,C&W, or BC) and stretch max
Mon- cardio (like Rhythmic Step or power walking)
Tues- Rest day
Wed- circuit training (like SJP)
Thur- Kickboxing (KPC)
Fri- Upper or Lower Body training (PLB, PUB)/ core max
Sat- Cardio step

How much time to do have to workout?

This is just the basic rotation. You can change it to fit your schedule.

Hi Agent X Angie,

I just wanted to pop in and say, "Hi" to you. I can't be much help to you, since I've been doing Cathe workouts for three months. I love her too. I have been basically mixing it up between a rotation of Gym Style workouts with step aerobics on alternating days then doing a rotation of circuit workouts. My husband has really noticed big changes in my physique since I've started doing her workouts. Good luck to you. Prepare for you husband to be amazed!!! ;-)

Hey LaDonna,

I remember you! Are you not doing BB workouts anymore? Thanks for the encouragement and stopping by. I'll be persistent and hopefully I'll get the difference too and amaze my husband!

I'm new to Cathe too... I started with Turbojams and went to Cathe because I felt I needed more of a challenge. I started with FitTv using my dvr too and then for my bday I purchased Hardcore Extreme, Kick, Punch & Crunch and Drill Max. They were all somewhat a challenge though because you get the full version so its more than 45 mins.

I have two kids too (5yrs & 2 1/2) and it seems to me that dieting (with cardio) works the best to see a change in the stomach. I've noticed it really doesn't matter how much stomach work I do... you can't see the muscle until you get rid of the layer of fat in front of it.

Hope this helps... I know it's a struggle after kids!

I don't do BB anymore. I love TJ but didn't find it as challenging anymore. I discovered Cathe on the P90X forums and went to her web site. I think she is just as intense if not more intense as P90X, and her workouts are a lot more fun. I think I'm a Cathe addict as I can't seem to get enough. :7 I really look forward to working out everyday. IMO she's the best that's out there for the advanced exerciser market. Have fun!!!
