Rotation for training for 86 km bike for MS

I'm planning on doing a long distance bike to raise money for multiple sclerosis. My brother-in-law has it. I have all of Cathe's workouts. I'm planning on biking 2 to 3 days a week. I'd like a one month rotation that would improve my endurance, improve my core strength and incorporates weight lifting.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
