Rotation for 'after being sick'?

Anyone know of a rotation good for getting back into the swing of working out after being sick for 2 weeks?
I could make up my own, but was hoping to not reinvent the wheel.

Thanks, in advance.

I like to use the CrossTrain series for getting back into exercise after an illness. The workouts are shorter which is nice when you don't have the stamina from being ill.

The two newer beginner workouts would be good too...Low Impact Step + Total Body Sculpting.

You could also use the Bodyblast Timesaver DVDs to ease back into it. I do hope you are feeling better.

Another might be the Cathe's December 2005 rotation, which had its focus on shorter, more manageable workouts and did not have any intensity-upkick goals, more like maintenance.

I wasn't sick for two weeks, but I got sidelined this past Wednesday with a weird Flash-Flu that had me doing some world-class woof-my-cookies sessions that night. Totally, totally drained me. I'm still not 100% especially in what I'm able to eat (which means I'm fuel-depleted in the muscles), so I feel for you, Rhiannon!

Whatever you do, make sure it's a good solid blend of cardio and strength. You need to rebuild your endurance AND your strength after that much time off.
