Hi, I'm new to Cathe.com and using rotations. Is their a rotation using what is shown on FitTv? I have most of them dvr'd. My main goals are to lose body fat and build muscle.
I have been working out at home (the firm) and gym for the past 3 years. I really love cathe's style and look forward to working out with the rest of you guys!
