Rotation advice

Cathlete
Hello all,

I'm looking for some input from the educated crowd here. I have been kind of floating along lately, just picking a workout the night before in no particular order. I've been happy just getting a workout done to be honest. But now I'm ready to pick a rotation and would like some input.

My goal is basically to shed from 5 to 10 pounds. I'm more concerned with this than gaining muscular definition. (Figure there's muscle under there since I can feel it, but not see it so great, Ya know?).

I'm wondering if I should do strictly cardio workouts (Step anything, Kick Punch and Crunch, etc.) or circuit workouts that utilize weights (Cardio and Weights, High Step Training/Challenge, etc.). And once that's decided, should I include one day per week of total body weight work?

I have all of Cathe's workouts, so anything you could suggest I should be able to do. (One hour per day only). Or if there is a series/rotation that already fits the bill, that would be great. (Aside from the obvious CTX!)

Thanks,

Tricia}(

Tricia-
I alsways love and get best results in dropping a few pounds w/ circuits... with all the premixes the options are endless!
Cathe has an "All Circuits" rotation in the rotation index... take a look at it for her reccomendations for days off / strength etc... then just use all your DVDs that fall into those categories.
Hope that helps!
