your hips on the stability ball. Torso Twist in butts and guts premix. Okay those are insane anyone not able to do them or am I alone on this one. Does anyone have any tips I flew off one side dropped off the other my mouth was on the floor trying to watch how Cathe did them they look easy but forget it. I tried and rewound to retry no luck! I am going to be practicing today. I do workout on carpet so I put my mat underneath maybe I will try my ball on the carpet and not the mat.

I was able to do them for the first time today!! What I did different was use a smaller and lighter ball. This ball that came "free" with the Beach Body Turbo Jams is lighter than my other ones. I have a 65" that is a thicker material and a 55" that is like leather. This 55" BB one is very very light. I appears that Cathe's stability ball is made of the same material as the BB one. ?? I was amazed how much easier it was to do these Torso Twists today. At least I now feel there is hope for me. LOL Just a thought.:)
 
That move is in the Butts and Guts bonus Abs section where she uses the stability ball in all the moves. I did the premix with the standing glutes and abs timesaver and it was in that one for sure.
 
I'm not sure how I got them ... it takes me a few tries to get into it! Somehow I just concentrate, pushing my lower hip into the ball. I'm surprised, since I've never been able to master pikes on the ball, or any other move that requires coordination. ;-)
 
Beth, How are you doing with this? I did the abs section today and I was incredulous. Anyhow, after sliding my legs down more on the ball so it was closer to my knees, I kind of did it. What about the side lifts on the ball where you are holding the band in your hands? I finally had to bend my leg closest to the ball. Do you have any tips/ Thanks, Melissa
