Roation for Leaning Arms

Hello everyone and I'm happy to be back! I had a wicked time making the switch to the new format so I've just been lurking but I desperately need some advice!

Over the past 6 months or so, using a combo of GS, S&H, 4DS, P90X and a few others (I'm drawing a blank here....) I've achieved some nice size in my arms. Actually, I've been scouring through some threads and it looks like I'm experiencing "bulk" - which is actually what I set out for. However, I'm tired of not fitting into sleeves and truthfully, I'd actually like to lean out some. So, I'm on a quest to sculpt, *lean*, toned arms instead of the solid bulk I have right now, hahaha. What should I start with?! I'm used to heavy weight rotations so this is all new to me! I was thinking either MM, Push/Pull, Supersets, etc..or, should I give Jari Love a shot? I'm hesitant to switch from Cathe but I'm open to new ideas! (I recently bought an Amy Bento dvd and love it!) Thanks everyone so much!!

My diet is pretty "clean" as it is. I put on muscle pretty easily (I'm not sure these days whether that's a good thing or bad thing!) so they've just gotten to the point where I'd like a "softer" appearance - not soft like squishy, but soft like my boss will stop making comments about me kicking his butt. Thanks everyone
