Well I've been waiting all morning for someone to start this thread. Guess I'll start it. :p

Last night's workout was Muscle Max and this morning I walked with my neighbor. Tonight will probably be kickboxing of some sort.

Y'all have got to try those protein pancakes I posted in the OD forum. They are fantastic.

Hey All~

I normally lurk, but NO more lurking :)

I am getting so excited about the RT. Still have lots of shopping to do though :)

Last night called for Pyramid LB, (following One Body Part a Day II)..but since my knee is giving me problems, I opted for Buns of Steel...I felt the pain :) This guy is a mess, too funny...I think I giggled through it, some of the remarks he makes. Old, but GOOD!!
Tonight is a Rest Day, but I will throw in some Yoga & Abs.

I am def cooking up Protein Pancakes for B'fast tomorrow. I just had them yesterday, but you gotta love them. I top w/ S/F Syrup...YUM :9

Just a very quick stop by for now, my girlfriend is still here.

Just got back from teaching class then I teach again tonight, so needless to say that's the workouts for the day!

Jennifer, welcome!! Glad you are joining us.

Tess: don't forget WTHHTFATA... LOL!! ( I do really crack myself up!!)

Okay, BBL, off to go take a walk with DF, her two year old ( I forgot what it was like to have one... actually in my case, three at the same time!! Yowza!)and my DS's.

Hello! I'm back, I'm back!

No time for a 'REAL' post, but just wanted to say "hi." Our conference was great, and we got to get some rest before heading into a very busy furlough. I had a mild cold the whole time, so I never got to run. :-( However, I did a fair amount of recreational swimming with the kids.

I've been in the States for exactly 48 hours now. It's fun to know I'm on the same time as you guys. As soon as I begin to get over jet lag, I'm going to try to hit the running. I worked hard to be in shape before we left, knowing my workouts would lag, but still, I don't want to die on the RT two weeks from now. :)

Happy to "see" you girls again!!

Good evening everyone!

Today's workout was SS UB Blast, SJP step portion, SB combo #3. My legs were a little tight from PLB yesterday. Did anyone order the new outfits from Oh My Bod? I bought the brown outfit (with the long top and pants) and the blue with the orange and white trim (long top and capri pants) I really didn't need new workout clothes but these were too cute to pass up.

Tess- I need to go to the OD forum and check out these pancakes you're talking about.

Jennifer- Welcome. It's great to see you.

Vicki- I have a two year old. They can sure wear you out:) I couldn't imagine 3 at the same time.:eek: There's a reason why my kids are all six years apart.;-)

Michelle- Hope you had a great rest day!

Laura- It's good to see you back. I'm glad to hear everything is going well for you. Don't worry too much, I'm sure you'll do great on the road trip.

Hello everyone.

Today I did HCE #1 then added the rest of HSC on to the end. I am going to try to do longer Cathe workouts the next 2 days b/c I won"t be able to do another Cathe workout until the RT!!! I will miss working out with her, but I guess it will make me enjoy working out with her in person even more!! I am going to try to work out some while on vacation, but I am sure it will be nothing like what I do now. I just hope I can hang with Cathe and the rest of you after 2 weeks of traveling right before.
I am so exhausted. I have not been sleeping at night. I think I am stressing about everything that still needs to get done b/f we leave on Sunday. I am so tired when I go to bed, but then I can't fall asleep. Maybe tonight it will be better.

Tess...I will have to go back and look for your protein pancake recipe!! I am always looking for good ways to add protein in my diet. Thanks for sharing:)

Jennifer...I still have lots of shopping to do as well. I think I will have to look for more workout clothes while I am at the beach. I am so broke right now though:( All of this traveling is eating away at my paycheck!! I am glad Buns of Steel was still fun!! I have one of Tamilee's from ages ago. I should dust it off and get some good laughs:)

Vicki...I hope you are having a great time with your friend.

Laura...Glad you are back!! I hope you are feeling better.

Jacque...I haven't ordered YET!! I plan to, but it may have to wait a little bit.
