Roadtrip article in Dallas paper

I was reading the Dallas Morning news this morning and it mentioned that there will be a roadtrip participants write up in next weeks Healthy Living Section. There was even a picture of Cathe. It asked why would over a hundred people take off some time to go to New Jersey to lace up their sneakers and work out with little power house Cathe Fridedrich.
What fun! I can't wait till next weeek to see it.

Yep it will be in next Tuesdays paper.

I have to mention though what the little write up mentioning it said:

" One hundred women from across the country put their lives on hold, fly to a New Jersey gym, lace up their sneakers and sweat along with a petite powerhouse named Cathe Friedrich. Who is she, and what has she done to these normally sane women? One person on the pilgrimage explains."

Of course I have to mention to Cathe and all...my husbands one comment was he wasn't so sure about the part that said "normally sane".
