Road Trippers....our sweaty workout outfits...

Okay, you know what I was thinking? We will be taking 4 workout classes right? Of course I'll be bringing 4 different workout outfits but I wonder if there's somewhere we can wash our used outfits after we get all sweaty. I'd hate to pack them away all gross and sweaty. Tee-Hee! I guess I could just rinse them off in the sink at the hotel and hang them up to dry before packing them.

Most hotels have coin-operated washers and dryers on each floor. Some offer dry-cleaning/laundering services as well. I'm sure there will be some way for us to wash our clothes. :)

Danielle,

That is so funny because I was having the exact same thought when I was working out over the weekend!! I was thinking that I would have to bring some of those pack-mates bags that are designed to put wet bathing suits in! Oh well, I guess we will all be in the same boat. Maybe rinsing in the sink will help until we can get home and wash them!!

I'm not going, but whenever I go on trips I work out at the hotel gym. My first few trips, I'd let the clothes air dry then pack them up. PEEE- YEWWW!!!

Now I rinse in the sink, THEN air dry. Coming home is such a drag anyway- who wants to smell days-old sweat?!? x( The rinse is essential!!!

Dani, funny that you post this. I was planning on bringing a lot of large ziploc bags. Pee-yeew indeed. I'm dreading the idea of bringing home a stinky suitcase.:)

I totally plan on doing my laundry at the hotel - as much as I can anyway. I'm sure no one will be using the washer at 4am when the party is still going!! :) :)

Okay, Dani! I don't want to have to blindly reach for a towel after washing my face & grab any of your personal items by mistake! Get it?!!!

I always grab the dry clean bag that they always have hanging in the closet of the hotel room. I plan to use this one to wrap my clothing from Sunday's workouts. I've done this in the past and it works well.

For the other three, I'm going to use a bar of soap and wash them out Saturday night (and hang to dry in the shower overnight).

Hope this helps.

Marla!! TeeHee!

For those of you sharing a room with someone, I'm sure we can ask housekeeping for x number of dry cleaning bags per room....

I was going to bring a small bottle of Zero (handwash soap for delicates) and wash out my stuff and then hang it and pack it up in bags to bring home. I think sales of Ziploc bags will increase exponentially the week ending July 15th:p

I ain't doing any laundry til I get home! (I don't like extra chores.) }( Guess I'll have to use the hotel laundry bag and have a stinky suitcase. Bleh!
