Good Morning, Roadtrippers ~
I am normally the last person to post so early, but since I have so much on my plate today I had to force myself to get up @ 5 a.m. to exercise. Now I understand why I don't wake up early anymore, I have NO ENERGY whatsoever!!! How do you guys do it? Do you eat something prior to working out?
I did the Step Blast Challenge (1)time on a 8-in step, I was wiped out! Of course I felt guilty not feeling I did enough so I put it back in and attempted to do the challenge again, not happening...LOL I got to the 1st blast and shut it off. Since I am following the BFL program, it only calls for 20 mins HIIT, but I sometimes feel I need to do more.
Off to work a little earlier this morning. I have to run my son to the hospital after work for a CT scan on his ankles & feet. He has a lot of problems, being so flat-footed doesn't help him any. Plus he is 6'2" 220 pds, @ 16 years old ... I had him to a podiatrist and they believe he has arthritis in his ankles and feet. Boy, it's always something isn't it?
So how many days to the RT, is anyone doing a count down?
Have a great day!!!
