Ripped With Hiit user guide will not print

I got the user guide downloaded but for some reason my printer cannot find it. I can print other items from Cathe's that I have downloaded. Is there something that would keep it from printing?

No, there is nothing on our end that would prevent you from printing. It's just a normal PDF file

You may have just 'temporarily' downloaded it to only view inside the browser. While viewing it move the arrow down and over to the right and you may see a few icons pop up. A zoom in and out button (magnifying glass). Also one would look like an old floppy disk. This is to 'save/download' the .pdf. And one that looks like a printer to print obviously.

If that doesn't work maybe providing more info would help. Such as are you on Windows or Mac? Kind of device (laptop, tablet, phone, etc). Web browser being used to download the file (Firefox, Google Chrome, IE, Safari).

Thanks for the help. I still could not figure out the problem. I finally got out my older Windows 7 Lenovo and was able print the guide. I was working on my new HP that is Windows 8 and uses IE. When the guide first came out before the premixes I was able to download and print. But then when I tried again with the premixes it would not work. I deleted the first guide that I had downloaded. I am still new to Windows 8.
