Ripped With HiiT Update - Dec 1st

Just want to give everyone a quick update with when we hope to receive the new Ripped with HiiT DVDs. The replicator wasn't able to finish the production of the DVDs in time to ship before Thanksgiving, but they're now done and the DVDs are being loaded on trucks in California today for their journey to us here in New Jersey.

Truck deliveries are not as dependable as say FedX or UPS, but the trucks should arrive at our facility either this Friday or next Monday. We have spent a lot of time getting ready to ship the the new DVDs to all of you that have pre-ordered, so as soon as the DVDs arrive we will put an army of people to work shipping you your DVDs.

If you ordered downloads you will need to use the gift code you were sent when you ordered to claim your purchase. If you can't find your gift code please contact customer service. We will post a link so you know where to download your videos once they are available.

Streaming customers will have automatic access to the new workouts within 24 hours once the DVDs begin shipping. We hope to launch the new videos on our new streaming service with our new Cathe Player that allows chapter selection. You will also have your choice of three download speeds which should help people with slow and poor internet connections. Only the Ripped With HiiT videos will be released on the new system at first. If all goes well we will then start releasing all of our remaining videos on the new system.

Lastly, we will also post a link to our online Ripped With HiiT User's Guide once shipping begins. Hopefully we will get the Workout Manager updated this week too, but it may have to wait a week as our top priority is getting you your DVDs and videos.

Question to SNM/Cathe,

Is Cathe player phasing out the workout blender?

Will workout blender enable chapter selection?

The Cathe Player 2 and the online Workout Blender are two different things. Cathe Player 2 allows chapter selection while the online Workout Blender will allow you to create your own premixes.

Cathe Player 2 has numerous ways for you to select chapters which we will tell you more about soon. It works best on a computer that has an up to date browser. So make sure that you have an up to date browser on your computer. I think Chrome works the best in our testing so far. If you're using a phone,tablet or iPad not all features will work as far as chaptering goes since your mobile device usually uses its own default player instead of our player. This is why we offer multiple ways of changing chapters with our new streaming service. In a few months we will launch our mobile apps that will make things a lot smoother for mobile devices.

The Online Workout Blender is pretty much done, but it will take us at least another month to finish the encoding and uploading all of the chapter video files. We have over 15,000 files that we have to do this for and we've been working on this final phase for months.

For now our attack plan is to release the Ripped With HiiT videos on our new streaming system and make sure that everything works ok. If we have problems we will revert back to the old system. Next we will then start adding the rest of our video catalog to the new player and system. This will probably take a month to complete, so for a while we will have two different players and delivery systems.

Then we will upload all the video files for the WB and make it available for Free to all OnDemand customers.

Lastly, we will make our mobile apps available
