RE: slower
Maybe I received a different Rhythmic Step? I'm curious as to the replies, because although I have all of Cathe's tapes (step and weights), I've found RS to be really fast-paced, frenetic and hard to keep up with. That being said, I love the non-monotony of the tape and I'm confident that I'll grow into it soon (I've only done it twice now). But I have to say that my feet were hurting after doing it because of the quick stepping. I did StepFit the other day and didn't have any problem, same with the CTX cardios, PowerMax, etc. I just find Rhythmic Step to be really hard to keep up with, even though now I've finally mastered the choreography, I just can't seem to keep up with the pace - and this just hasn't ever been a problem before. Hoping that I'll get my feet into a faster mode soon so I can pull RS out again, because it is really full of interesting moves.
