Rhythmic Step

Hi All!

I just ordered Rythmic Step a few weeks ago. I did it for the third time today and let me tell you, talk about two LEFT FEET! The first two times I did it, I thought "what's the big deal? This ain't so tough." This morning I could hardly follow anything Cathe was doing!
Does this happen to anybody else or has my coordination completely gone bye bye? :-wow

I agree with you! Have you noticed that during the warmup Cathe says, "It depends on what hour you're doing it"? I find that Rhythmic Step works best for me in the evenings or on the weekends when I've already eaten something and am more awake. But no amount of mental alertness prepares me for that 3rd section. Yikes! Have fun!

It's fun, fun, fun! No power 7's or power anythings, just great drenching cardio that's so fun it creeps up on you! And all the while you think it's just choreography.

I still get mixed up right before the triples around the step, but sometimes I get it right!

Cathe makes this tape soo doable! Once you get past the frustration of the first 3 takes you're good to go! I personally did better listening to her q's rather than watching her every move! What a fun tape!Your friend in fitness~~Francine

You guys are right, it really is a fun tape. I can do the whole tape now with no mistakes but I have done it about six times now. It is my favorite so far.

This video is my all time favorite Cathe step video. I find myself doing it too much -- instead of mixing other Cathe videos.

Everything just fell into place in Rhythmic Step. The choreography, the music, and the intensity.

It is such fun you forget you are working out!

After you learn the choreography and can go all out on an 8" step, there just isn't another step video that is any more fun!
