Rhea - March rotation

Hi Karen!

Haven't been posting much lately since I've been a little lazy with the workouts. Even having new ones haven't motivated me too much. But also have been bundling up and doing the "yard project" workout. Moving rocks, shoveling sand, weeding, etc. It has been miserable cold though.

I did do a workout on Sunday. Did the Interval portions of CTX. I love the CTX series. All under an hour. In fact, I didn't think I got enough aerobics, so I added the hi/lo portion of 10/10/10 and the whole workout was only 1:04!

Well, have a great day. No workout for me today, too pooped and my chest is actually still sore from the chest work on Sunday. Yikes. :eek:

Hope you're doing well today. Wow, yard projects. I love them. We were out doing yard work on Sunday, too -- was really good -- mostly cause neither my DH or I have had time to do much yard work -- plus it's been awfully rainy here.:eek:

This isn't the first time I've heard about the CTX series -- and how much people like it. When I originally got my step, it came with Cathe's all step -- my first workout with Cathe -- and it's what brought me to her, actually.

I do have the TimeSaver DVD, which is somewhat similar in that it does a few body parts each day. But I'll have to look into the CTX series.;)

In the meantime, I'm just sweating away with IMAX3 and IMAX2 and ME and MM -- Muscle Max -- just did the 24 minute workout from Body Max -- the beginning -- then did a 20 minute stretch. Was really good.

Well, again, hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to work I go. Whistle. Hi-ho. Hi-ho.
