Not enough back - I just didn't feel like my back was worked to failure. I chose heavy weights and by the end of each set I could not do another one, but it still felt lacking somehow??
Positives:
Time flew by and the shoulder workout was interesting.
Abs were actually worked as well and much better than the dvd Arms and Abs.
I did the treadmill cardio and used my elliptical. Had I been on a treadmill I would have gotten much better of a workout. I prefer cardio coaches for elliptical. I will probably do the other cardio section tomorrow and do Chest and abs and two of the cardio sections.
Overall difficulty - maybe a 6 - - definitely not as intense as I would have liked. The Arms and Abs dvd was much better imo.....
Fun Factor was an 8 - it moves quickly, music is fun, and the moves are a little different. There is no way I could have gone any heavier, and at times I even switched out and went down, but I just felt like the back was not worked enough or properly??
