I am curious: when we do reverse crunches, and our feet are crossed, should we switch our feet hlfway through the set? Does it matter to the abs?
Just an add-on note to tell you that I am chomping at the bit for the I series DVD's, I preordered the whole shebang (but I am happy to wait, with all the hard work you guys are putting into them - thank you thank you thank you)!!!!
