I need something fun and effective to get me to back to intermediate. I do LITE timesaver premixes with half the weight and I'm still worn out for a few days after.

These wouldn't have to be DVDs - I'd subscribe to Live or OnDemand to get some updated Cathe beginner workouts.

If I could wish for anything - it would be a progressive system - zero to hero.

First of all, high five for persevering! Second, I hope you find a check-in to help with motivation.

Finally, have you seen these two beginner rotations? One is Cathe's official beginner and the other is by a forum member, Fitnessfreak366. Intermediate rotations follow the beginner:

All of these are on the rotations section of this forum.
Happy lifting!! :D

Thank you very much for the links to these rotations. I was aware of the first 2 but not the third.

I'm motivated - just physically weak :).

These videos are ~15 years old now. I was hoping for something updated.

You've prompted me to consider doing the beginner rotation though.

I understand wishing there was an updated or newer rotation available. I'm sorry I'm not aware of any.
I hope you find something that works without draining you. :)

How are things going, Lisa? I’m restarting this month after a break and stumbled onto this thread with these older rotations. I’m going to skip the leg warmers and just do the workouts. Let me know if you found a forum that might be a good accountability fit for someone getting back to it.
