I WANT TO KNOW IF WE ARE GOING TO USE THE RESITANCE BAND IN LOW MAX , HIGH STEP CHALLENGE, IMAX 3 AND KICKMAX THAT I HAVE PREORDERED

-- what is the resistance level of the band that came with every pre-order?
-- my pre-order invoice didn't mention the band, did I do something wrong?

I was also wondering why the resistence band isn't mentioned when I placed the pre-order for the new series. Is this automatically assumed to come with the pre-order? Is this a problem it doesn't show up on the pre-order invoice?

Looking at the descriptions, the band is used in Muscle Max, Stretching and Gym training workouts.

In the order form the resistance band is mentioned if you ordered all the workouts, or all but the extreme. I don't recall seeing it after I placed my order though! Anyway, I'm interested in the knowing strength of this band too. I know bands come in various strengths.
