Replacement video question

I Have question regarding the new video series. Are all the videos defective? My husband ordered the whole series for me for Christmas so they are wrapped and under the tree right now, so I haven't been able to view them yet.What should I be looking for? And if I find them to be defective what should I do? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Every one of the five new ones are defective. Some people's DVD players don't make the defects very noticable though. Make sure the send them back when you get the replacements. Hope this helps.

thank you toni.however one more question. Are they automatically sending replacements to everyone who ordered the series or do you have to request them?

Everyone who orded the defective dvd's is getting sent replacements. Cant' wait!!! And, what a good husband you have to order you the new series!
