I am in the UK and preordered the 4 new dvds through Advanced Workouts. I just contacted them to ask about when they were sending the replacements and they said they had already sent them to customers who had had problems but that you weren't providing them with any for those whose original dvds were working okay. Is this correct? I think it is a bit unfair to treat different customers differently as we all paid the same for the dvds (in fact I paid more because of import tax etc). Also I thought that you were keen to remove as many potentially faulty dvds from circulation as possible.
Perhaps you could clarify this for me - I wonder if there has been a misunderstanding.
