I'm doing a week of Cross Train Express to get back into the swing of things post holiday and just did Step and Intervals.
That was the first Cathe workout I did back in 2005 and I will never forget it. I did the warmup then into the step workout. Then she did a break and said now we will do intervals. And for some reason I thought that entire first part was the WARMUP! With a zillion power 15s! Lol. I thought if this is the warmup it can't make it through the real workout
It's funny to me that I thought that but always remember every time I pull out that DVD. Needless to say it was all challenging but so happy now to have all her DVDs. Happy new year all
